July is National Bereaved Parents Awareness Month, a time dedicated to raising awareness about a parent’s journey with grief after the loss of a child. Local resources for bereaved parents are available, whether you are experiencing a loss or would like information on how to better support a loved one who is.

Angel Eyes Child Loss Grief Support
Angel Eyes offers free professional bereavement counseling, a support group, peer connections, and community referrals to Coloradans who are grieving the death of an infant or toddler, miscarriage, or stillbirth.

Rowan Tree Foundation – A Child Loss Community (Parker, CO)
The Rowan Tree Foundation provides ongoing support and resources for families who are coping with the loss of a child by offering two annual memorial events in June and December, an engraved memorial program, a lovenotes program, and an awareness specialty license plate program. They serve anyone who has lost a child from pregnancy loss, stillbirth, through newborns and teens.
