Event Details

Break out all those good luck charms and make your way over to The Steamboat Grand on Saturday, February 15, 2020 for the Family Development Center’s Casino Night fundraiser. The family-friendly, no-pressure event has been helping raise funds for programs beneficial to Routt County families for almost 26 years.

On top of great games, like Texas Hold ’em poker, blackjack and roulette, the silent auction is also a big draw. The auction runs from 7 to 9 p.m. and features prizes like Colorado Avalanche hockey tickets, WinterWonderGrass VIP passes, one-of-a-kind artwork and even a personal fire truck ride to school.

Dealing cards and rolling dice starts at 7 p.m. Saturday, February 15 at The Steamboat Grand. Tickets are $25 in advance or $30 at the door and available at The Space Station, Christy Sports and through Discovery Learning Center parents.

Ticket price includes $300 in gaming chips to “fun” gamble, desserts, and silent auction.

All money raised at Casino Night will benefit the 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations: Discovery Learning Center; Child Care Network; and the Newborn. Proceeds go to scholarships and professional development.

We welcome cash and merchandise donations to Casino Night for sponsorship and/or the silent auction. To contribute to Casino Night, or for more information, please contact Colleen Miller at 970-879-5973 ext. 10 or email: admin@familydevelopmentcenter.org.

8 out of 10 children, ages 0-5 in Routt County, are touched by Family Development Center programming, and this fundraiser has raised close to $300,000 for Family Development Center programs since its inception.
